As a special promotion to Realtors, we are now offering you a referral bonus equal to the first two month’s management fee, should your clients sign up for management services in 2020.

CL3 offers a number of valuable initial services which save you time in processing a lease. CL3 will:

• Have tenant apply directly online, and we process the application
• Provide the lease and necessary local ordinances
• Sign the lease and collect the security deposit on your client’s behalf
• Ensure the new tenant receives the building rules and regulations and pays required move in fees and deposits
• Communicate with the tenant regarding all move-in questions and
• Coordinate tenant move in with association
• Coordinate any turnover repairs, painting or cleaning needed
